If you get LT's, don't waste your time with the stock mid pipe. Get an o/r H or X and you won't be disappointed.

The install is pretty damn difficult so i hear, so unless you're used to doing alot of engine work i would take it somewhere. The install is going to cost you alot too. You're also going to need a shorty mid-pipe to get the LT's put on.

maybe your exhaust shop could custom fit your h pipe to mount to the lt/s

I dont want to steal the tread but I see that Hooker Headers are probably one of the higher quality type headers and they arent that much more expenisve than BBK and less than Bassani , why is it that not many people have them?

i think its cauz people are scared to go outside the box when they think lt's, the know people always have mac and bbk, possibly slp or kooks but no1 really thinks of the old school headers (or at least brand thats been around for a while) like hooker

There isn't any reason to "go outside the box". Just buy the cheapest one you can in the style you want (ceramic, stainless, etc). Unless your getting crazy with stepped headers etc LTs are LTs are LTs, all are gonna dyno around the same and if you get ceramic all are going to last a long time.

You cannot use your stock H with LTs.

Oh ok I was just wondering because im looking at getting some ceraminc Hooker headers and since no one has them I thought there was a reason, maybe poor quaility or something. But thats not the problem right
