Default O.D. button question.

My over drive button doesn't work, which is holding me back from getting a nitrous dyno tune. The button itself seems fine, but since it is a flood car the wires are kinda rusted at some points. Does anybody know of a good approach to re-wire it, or is it a complicated job better left to an electrician.

Default RE: O.D. button question.

Taking a look at the wire is free. The wire for the OD is under the console. between the seats and under the carpet. There are two wires. One is for the OD and I think the other is for the extra lighter/power plug on the console. You might be able to fix it yourself.

should be easy. 2 wires to a switch. if anything you could probably use a rocker switch.
