Default CEL codes, help!

I need to get my car emissions tested, I bought it from my dad and I need to register it. The CEL is on. I bought a code scanner and this is what it says.

P1152, Google search says P1152 Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Rich - Bank No. 2.
P0172 (Generic code for scanner) System too rich (Bank 1)
P0175 (") System too Rich (Bank 2)
Monitors
Catalyst
Evap
02 Snsr
02 HTR
Fuel
Misfire
Comp
EGR

That is a serious list of codes. Any help will be appreciated. I just put the stock catted H pipe back on and cleared the codes before I drove it and the light came back on. Funny thing is when I drive it after I clear the light it bogs down and stalls when stopped and in gear. Once the CEL comes on the thing runs like the usual beast.

It has a Novi 2000 S/C Tuned kit on it. Their site says that it is emissions friendly.

I just had similar codes p0175 and p0153. My car was idling rough, bogging down under acceleration, and being real jerky when getting on it. The problems were a bad driver side cat and front 02 sensor. Now, I have no cats and new front 02 sensors and the car runs a lot better.

Did the CEL go off with no cats? The car will fail the emissions visual inspection if it has no cats.

I actually got the p0175 code before the cat removal then instantly the p0153 code popped up. The p0175 has never came back and the p0153 has never came back after new front 02 sensors installed. The cat removal improved the rough idle, but not the bogging down and jerkiness. The front 02s have corrected all the problems.

this is really wierd cause i'm having almost the exact same codes thrown. I put long tubes and bbk catted x-pipe on and started gettin strange codes. Just trying to figure out why my car is getting P0175 and P0152 after only getting a P0430,considering the first one is for the drivers upstream which is brand new and the second is for drivers downstream which is also brand new but shouldnt matter because i put MIL's on since the cat's are too high flow for the O2's. I hate OBDII, gimme a '67 with a 351W any day haha.
