lolthen whats the point of having it at all? i put a 70mm on my car and it made a world of difference as far as throttle response. i didnt put the 75 on cause i personally think its overkill on a car that wont ever be supercharged. .02

I bought the 75mm and I'm stock. Like he said throttle response noticably improved. I got the 75 for the fact that I will more than likely keep upgrading,so it will benefit when that happens but still doesn't hurt it being stock. If you find yourself buying a TB and Plenum you will probably not stop there so might as well get the one that will benefit everything else you continue to buy.

Even on a BONE STOCK car a 75mm TB will perform as good as a 70mm TB, if not even add a couple extra hp. Thats why many companies dont even sell 70mm TB's. There is a sticky for TB and plenum testing.

I retract my previous statement...it wouldn't be worth it because of the lack of performance mods to the car as of right now. eventually a 75mm TB will be a good investment, but as far as throttle response goes...go with the 70 mm

Seriously...every time I talked to someone about mods to my car (years ago) the question of "well it ever see forced induction?" would come up. I always said "oh hell no, that will never happen". Needless to say, the blower is going on this weekend. I'm glad my car is perfectly set up for it...3.73's...75mm tb...whew!

Install the 75mm!!
