Default Sub Frames Came In

I just realized i could get my brother to weld them in he is a welder. My Question is with full lenght seat bracket sub frames, do i have to disconnect the exhaust at all?

never seen them...

cheapos off ebay,Blue Oval.....my car is not anything special so i figured they wouldn't hurt. I seen everyone talking about them so i ll give them a try.

actually this site is a bad influence since i joined last year. I have spent alot of money buying stuff i really didn't know about. gears, C/As TB/Plenum, sub frames, tuner, pullies,
