37 isnt that bad but i would spend the money and get the extra precaustion becuase you sure dont want it to blow up on you going down the road i have gotten 2 kits from american muscle the motive bearing kit and both were missing parts the first one was missing a few of the shims and the diff cover gasket and the second was missing the gasket and it was also all tossed around in the box so i dont if u want to go through them or not they are very good about their customer service though they have sent me new ones very quickly and they are sending me a third one now hopefully for it to be complete the guy said they dont want the others back either so i may have 2 extra ones sitting around

i replaced my gears with nothing but the ring and pinion,i reused everything else and it's held up just fine. Your car has a lot less mileage than mine too.
