You cannot run a regular lenght midpipe on a set of LTs, when you install the LTs you are going to need a shortie midpipe.

Sound wise it will make a large difference on your car, but power wise it probably won't be that noticable. your going to think it is, but thats just because it will sound much better.

99.9999999 percent of the time the cops are not going to hassle you over your exhaust setup being or not being legal so far as the cats not being there, unless your in nazifornia or something.

Exactly. This question comes up a lot- But of everyone on here with aftermarket exhaust, when is the last time someone had a cop lie down on the ground during a traffic stop to see if there were cats on their car? It just don't make sense...

honestly they just arn't that smart, 99.9999 percent of cops arn't even going to know what to check for, or even what a cat looks like.

if your that worried about it, and your state doesn't have a sniffer test, just take the stock cat housings off the stock pipe (cut them off) and weld them on there, so long as you do a good job it isn't going to change the sound (if you do a ****ty job they are gonna rattle) and nobody will be the wiser.

CHP has little mirrors and if you get pulled over with a high performance car, you can count on them looking. Local agencies are starting to do the same thing.....

Ehhhh....make that probably 20% wouldn't know what a cat looks like.
