Default Is it okay to take off the throttle return spring?

Wondering if taking off the spring will cause any damage to the internals or in the near future of them if I take it off.

it will cause internal damage...not to mention a skull fracture when you crash into a wall because your throttle hung open...do not do this.

unless your have some kind of ejector seat, or your trying to break a world speed record and most specktackular death all in the same try, i wouldn't advise it.
