Default Dash window?

Hey guys I just noticed that my dash is all spotted with moisture, underthe glass... Is there an easy way to take it off so I could clean it? I've always heard the messing around with the dash results in it not sitting as well as before you messed with it... I know this probably sounds petty, but it kind of bugs me...

you can take it out fairly easily and clean it, I never had a problem when I took mine out and put my white gauge faces in. The only thing you have to be careful of is all the plastic pieces that tend to break easily.

Ok guys I figured out what was on the dash window. When I was purchasing the car they took it back to detail it... Obviously they armor alled or used some kind of sealant and got it on the dash and didn't wipe it off before parking back into the parking lot with our 115 degree Las Vegas weather and guess what? It baked on... So obvious they used some kind of spray because that what it looks like...(Overspray) Any Ideas how to clean it off or is there no hope now?
