Default Exhaust Flow

today in the cold weather i noticed while warming up my car that the driver side exhaust was about double or maybe more than the passangr side.... is this normal , what could it be?

i thought by having an x pipe u eliminate that problem, so u have equal exhaust coming out of each pipe at the same amount.

what did u notice.... more smoke from one pipe ? i doubt it was anything... unless one of ur bolts are loose and letting out exhaust emissions from somewhere underneath ur car instead of it all comming from the back... i dont know...

That is normal. It's due to the the load of the engine while idleing.

Don't dig too much into the X-pipe vs. H-pipe thing. It's over rated.

thanks yall............i am going to take it to my friends shop anyway next week just to check on it thanks


YOU SHOULD AWAYS get your header bolts re tighten becasuse the heat shrinks the gassgets causing leaks or blowouts

header bolts? man check them evey week for the first month, then every month thereafter. don't overtighten them either, its just as bad, if there ceramic, they can crack easy.
