lol you're fishing! that was a generalized statement. i work on f-15's. when you have worked on one , then you can tell me if you think that bolt is hard lol.
Hard bolts are proof that the people who design the cars aren't the ones who work on them, lol.

This goes to show you that you don't need anEnglishdegree to maintain an "archaic" jet in the US military.[8D] J/K

Man, step it up a notch, (several), and get busy on that F-22.

It's very easy. Simple take off, bolt on. Just be sure to keep track of your bolts and you'll be fine. Also, for extra precaution, use some tape to mark where the wires all went. Everything pretty much reaches the only thing it should though, but taping and marking will help make re-assembly go by faster.

hey im a novice too but since you need a new manifold why dont you just buy a high performance manifold? Fox lake racing sell the p-51 for like $600 and then the fuel rails for like $300. well thats what i would do anyways

Oh, and if you're really a n00b, another thing never to forget: righty tighty, lefty loosey.

I say that to myself about 1000 time a day, lol.

You don't need to screw around with eBay, get one from AdvanceAutoParts for $224 -- with a lifetime warranty...

same thing happened to my 97 on wednesday, all of a sudden i smell something and look behind me and theres a huge cloud of white smoke, it sucked, and ive had it for less than a week! Im trying to decide whether or not to do it myself too... but if its simple i might as well. Are you going to get a new aluminum intake or the same old pos plasticone cuz i would spend the extra for a better one?
