Default Transmission nocking!

Ever since my cam install the transmission will make a nocking noise when it idles after it gets warmed up. It stops when I push in the clucth though. It also will grind/grab gears when I get on it and shift. Sometimes reverse is hard to get into. I figured it was the TOB but I had two performance shops look at it and they said they cant find anything wrong with it and that they dont hear anything.
