Default Deck height of a 4.6?

I'm trying to figure up a Compression Ratio calculator. But I need the Deck height of a 99 4.6 block. Thanks.

deck height is 8.937 and as above mentioned the hood looks sexxay.. hope this helps

Aluminum block weight (bare): 86 lbs.

Iron block weight (bare): 154 lbs.

Assembled cylinder head weight: 44 lbs.*

Displacement: 4.6 liters/281 cubic inches

Bore: 3.552 inches

Stroke: 3.543 inches

Bore spacing: 3.937 inches

Main journal dia.: 2.657 inches

Rod journal dia.: 2.086 inches

Rod length: 5.933 inches

Deck height: 8.937 inches


From modular depot website,....i want to know your plans.....ASAP!!!!!

MY plans are a D-1 Procharger w/ 3 core I/C and prolly meth injection. But I'm still keeping the bottle. lol

I keep getting 1.4?????????? I don't know what going on. It's somewhere 10.5-11:1, which CAN work, b/c S/C mach 1's have 10.5:1 stock. It's not optimal by any means. But with the I/C and meth it can be done.
