recently bought a 98 GT with 72,000 miles and it startedmisfiring soon after, replaced ignition system(coils, wires,plugs) went good for around 150 miles and back to the same problem had the computer checked and pulled codes for both banks running lean and cylinders 2 and five had a misfire code. cleared the codes and drove for 3 or 4 miles and had # 2 misfiring again pulled compression and # 2 is dead as in 0 compression the rest of the cylinders are between 155 and 160. Also!! the plug in #3 looks like its being hit bythe piston asthe electrode is bent up and scored,something in the cylinder?As for #2 Am i screwed or could this be just a valve? im new to all this efi/computer stuff as well so just how much can be tweaked with the computer?
