Default HELP with cobra

k guys, so a week ago tomorrow my alternator died on the way home from the strip, after replacing the alternator the bolt that held the shock mount to the rear axle poped off (was broken previously because it was rusted so i know it wasnt me) and the strut was hanging off, ...........................now i have a new problem, at idle it sounds like something is rubbing, but when i push the clutch in it goes away for the most part, and then there are some wierd vibrations while shifting, also the car dies a lot easier now...[:@]
