Increasing boost??? Tune??

Increasing boost??? Tune??
If I am increasing my boost by 3-4 psi, do I have to get a completely new tune? Its pushing 5-6 psi right now and I'm putting a new pulley on this week that should increase it to about 9. Any info would be great.

if you're not worried about leaning out and blowing the motor, no, you don't have to get it retuned. a pulley swap is a little different than throwing on exhaust or a throttle body.

I am very aware of the dangers of leaning out. Maybe you misunderstood my question. DoI have to start out with a new base tune with a whole new timing curve? Or do I just need toadjust my A/F and timing.

4 PSI is a fairly significant increase. It will change a lot.
