okay...I'll make it short and sweet: my cruise control does not work and my traction control button light is on..at all times. when you first start the car, it is supposed to have traction control on..which means the light on the button is not on. but just today, it is on when i start it. I have not tried spinning the tires to see if it actually is on or off. any suggestions?

 

Oh man, I've got nothing! The only suggestion I could make right now is to look at your fuse boxes, both in the car and under the hood, and see if any of them are blown. Chances are that isn't the problem, but best to make sure it isn't before you go have a dealership charge you $100 to check it.

 

I just got done checking them. I got no definate fuse for the cruise. but I checked all of the ones I thought could have anything to do with either. All were fine. I just disconnnected the battery and let it sit for a bit...nothing changed. I work at a dealership so that might help me out

 

i dont know but i heard that this problem may happend after using a tuner, anybody can confirm? cause thats what i heard from another thread

 

haha i wish i had a tuner. new update though...now the ABS light is on.

 

I have seen where some people have had an ABS sensor go bad on one of thier wheels, this causes the Trac Control to disable which brings the ABS and TracLoc lights on, but I have not heard of it cusing the cruis control not to work.
