Bassani Mid-Length Headers??
Well, I have an 02 GT andwe did not need to "lift out" the engine, it just needed to be raised a bit. I did not even try to do it myself. From what my mechanic told me, it wasn't a walk in the park. I think he spent about 8 hours on it. Mostly frozen bolts stuck in the heads. You never know what you'll run into. Yours might be easier with a newer car than mine. Good luck.
I am looking into midlengths as well. Fortunately I have a tubular K-member on my car that leaves plenty room for such a job. But do these take away any from ground clearance? My car is driven on street and I need it to be useable.

Midlengths are a waste of money..IMO They do nothing more than shorty's. When was the last time you seen a car race and get dynoed for top HP with midlengths??? Not talking about Bassani sponsored ads either!
I wanted to go with the LT's, but I don't know how that will work out with emmions. I'm from Illinois and unfortunatly we have that crap. I've heard that it's all done electronicly now, but I've was in Hawaii for 4 years and havn't been around to know what they do now. Anyone from Illinois know for sure if I would be able to pass with O2 sensors? I've heard I can and that I can't.
