I have a little play in my steering wheel and have had a few shops say its my rack and pinion, but the other day i was looking at the column and noticed i can push down on the steering wheel(pretty hard) andthe wheel can kinda rock side to side, i checked the steering wheel bolt and its torqued properly. Anyone have any idea what it is?

 

Bump, also if i hold the play out of it, the wheel shakes a little
