Default Saving for big mod what should I do ?

I am going to put my 98 GT away for awhile and save some money. I really want to just make any where from 400-425 RWHP. My car has 94k on it. I did a pi swap with all brand new parts when it had 67k on it.

Any work that is done will be done by me and my friends we did the PI swap and i have friends that have built there own motors so we know what were doing. Some of my ideads were custom either twin or single turbo. I dont wanna spend over 2500 and saw a guy on here with an SN 95 that custom did twin turbos and it was awesome and he only spent 2k so I know its possible. Also thought about maybe redoing my bottom end? I do not want to spray. My car is really clean there are dings in the paint and stuff but its like 10 years old so it would be a great shell if i was to get a differant motor. I just want some people to throw some ideas out for me. Also if you have price ranges give them to me as well. Remember my car is PI swapped so i have been told by alot of people that aftermarket cams are hard because of valve clearance also I cant run ridiculous boost because my compression is close to 11:1 (my heads are shaved as well, or it would be 10.5:1) If anyone has a good idea for me post please! Also if you have anything i should stay away from please tell me to. Thanks guys! Its been forever since ive posted.

If you redo the bottom end you can just get lower compression pistons andrun whatever boost you want to go with if you forge everything aswell. I wouldn't bother with redoing it stock imo. Plus I've got stage 2 cams for the npi heads that are max lift of 495 and the guy at comp said to use the cam followers out of the npi heads and I shouldn't have any ptv clearance problems with the stock bottom end.
