Disconnect the negative battery terminal
Jack up the vehicle
unplug the 02 sensors from the midpip and remove the midpipe
drain the transmission fluid
remove the shifter (aids in clearance)
remove the drive shaft, you'll need a 12mm 12 pt socket for this. i ended up using a 1/2 drive regular socket with an impact to get the bolts out.
remove the cover over the clutch cable and remove the cable from the fork
disconnect and wiring connections from transmission
support the tail of the transmission with a jack and remove the rear transmission bracket
loosen but do not remove the bolts holding the tranny to the block, now lower the jack to gain access to the top 2 bolts. they are hard to get to but not impossible. I got them from the bottom with a combination of extensions and swivels. I have heard of others going through the tunnel from inside the car now that the shifter is removed.
support tranny near CG with a 2x6 and jack or trans jack if you have access to one.
remove the 7 bolts holding the tranny to the block
slide out transmission
remove old clutch and flywheel, you'll need a puller to get the pilot bearing out.
install new pilot bearing and flywheel, torque spec i believe is 85 lb-ft. don't forget the locktite. install clutch/pressure plate using the alignment tool, i believe the torque spec is only like 20 lb-ft on the pressure plate
remove old throw out bearing and install new, using grease on new bearings and input shaft.
reinstall transmission, might need to cut the "ears" off for more clearance.
refill tranny, bolt up driveshaft, hook up exhaust, reconnect electrical connections
remove old clutch cable and the fork under the clutch pedal and install the aluminum quadrant and firewall adjuster.
reconnect battery
lower car
adjust clutch @ firewall or underneath as necessary.

hope i didn't miss anything, goodluck!
