Default manually shifting my auto

I just want to know how bad it is to revv my engine while in N and then shift it into D??????...........i know its probably not good but i just want feedback

yes, that will destroy your tranny

best way in a 4R70 to launch, stall it, floor it, and about 250 rpms before redline pull the shfiter back into the 2 position from D, this is known as the D2 or D2D shift and is programed into the 4R70Ws to firm up the 1-2 shift and make it lightning quick, liek a built in shift kit

left foot on the break, rev up the motor to like 1500 rpms with foot on break then let off the break
