if your going to run the lightning MAF then you'll need an external IAT. Get the threaded lightning IAT and the pigtail. heres the part #s

The 00 GT comes stock with an external to the MAF IAT sensor. its not threaded, but all you have to do is cut a small slit in the coupling between the blower and the intlet tube, and force it thru. I have been running this setup at 10 PSI for over a year with zero problems, so it doens't leak or pop out.

+1 on what everyone said though, with your exhaust and FI your going to want to run a Lmaf, as your going to peg your stock meter.
