Default roaring sound

I was wondering if anyone had problems with a roaring sound. I can really hear it when coming to a stop and little taking off but with the exuast its a little harder. If I just put it in neutral coming to stop it does not sound that good. I cant tell if its the rear end or maybe tires. Wondering if the rears have problems or something else. thanks everyone sorry for dumb questions.

You might want to add an o/r h-pipe. I have delta flows and an o/r prochamber h-pipe, and I'm satisfied. But before you do anything, you might want to have a friend make a driveby video for you or have a friend that you trust drive it around. It always sounds better from the outside.

Im not talking about the exuast making noise. it was making noise before the exuast like a rear end kinda sound like brakes grinding on rust but thats not the problem

lol, you did say roaring. Well I did have a problem with a weird grinding sound once when one of the threads on my front wheel were crossed. I tried to break it loose using a pipe and the entire bolt came off. After that there was no noise , but I needed a whole new bolt. And it wasn't the sound of loose lug nuts, but a really weird noise. Hard to explain. Thats probably not the problem, but in case it is, that all I can say. I would just take it to a mechanic to check on it.

I have the same problem but it sounds like it coming from around or under the radio area. It is a roaring sound also. It is an automatic 2001 Mustang GT

I'm having that exact same roaring/loud humming noise coming from my rear end as I slow down and or speed up. I was thinking it my rear wheel bearings but haven't looked into it any further. I have an 03 GT auto. Hopefully somebody can chime in becus its really annoying.

I had a roaring sound like that, and it was coming from my rear end. can you hear it while its in gear and neutral? and can you hear it while your at a constant cruising speed?

My prpblem ended up being a bad carrier bearing, and I had the whole rear end rebuilt, and did my gears while I was in there. Sounded like brakes dragging, but was definately something rotational and I could hear it all the time! Lay your seats down and see if you hear it more.

I hear it at cruising speeds and when accelerating and slowing down. It almost sound like its coming directly underneath my seats? Drives me crazy but im more worried if somethings gonna break if i dont fix it.
