No you should be fine using the Cobra wiring harness. Good call and zip tying them open. It's amazing how much HP them damn things rob when they don't open[:@]
And IMRC have nothing to do with smog. So you will be fine Deleting them.

I've got the Schmatics.....Dark Blue/Yellow is a ignition 12 v hot....From Fuse 10 (15A) in the I/P fuse box....Ground is routed to the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module)....which is groundedto the motor or frame itself....NEED to check and see if it has 12 volts on the DKBLU/YEL wire.BLACK wire is the Ground.....you want the wiring schmatics..pm me and I'll E-mail them to you.....

I really think it is a ground becauseI finally got another few codes that sound the same p0141, and p0161 which says ho2s's shorted to ground. I know what it means but I dont lol. Has anyone had a similar experience? I really dont know where it would be shorting.

Just Delete the IMRCS, once u start getting miles on your motor they get carboned up and cause nothing but problems, they do not benefit you what soever, so just delete them and be done with it.
