Default WHat LT's??

What the most user friendly LT header to install???

I've heard BBK's were a BIOTCH! I know that it wont be easy any way I go, but since I'm doing Livernois Stage3 heads and VTstang 2 cams this winter and have to pull the motor anyway I might as well get the most bang for the buck.

I have BBK's love them. They were a biatch but they are LTS, what can you expect . MAC is also good bang for the buck, but FTW I say Kooks. Hope this helps a bit.

i picked up some MACs cheap and werent too much of a pain to install. BBKs are a pain though. If youve got the money i say hooker, but if your on a budget MACs work just fine. and some people will say that the welds look cold and like they wont hold well. i weld and the ones on my headers were fine. nice penetration and blah blah blah. u know. and quite frankly on the 2v, a LT is a LT. the difference between most of the different companies is ease of installation and type of materials.

THanks Guys, I will more than likely go with the Mac's unless something cheaper comes along before I shell out the money... Thanks

Just make sure they have all emissions hook-ups if you use them. I just bought a set of BBK's because I need to pass emissions test (no visual) just diagnostics. Ceramic coating will help the header retain heat so that the upper O2 sensors will have more of an accurate reading . This helps especially if you drive your car in the cold. It also helps preserve header life and keep engine temps down! It is more $$$, but it's worth it. Chrome is a little cheaper but is by far better than anykind of Black coated or HTS coted heaers that hooker or MAC offer! Just make sure they are 14ga. thickness and have a flange of atleast 3/8" not 1/4"like most cheapos...hooker..Pace setter...etc.

I vote for SLP ltsbecause that is what I have. Perfect fitment, they look amazing, and they won't turn into a pile of rust after a month. The only problem is that huge hole in the wallet they leave[]. I still have a hole in mine, I don't think it will ever go away.
