Default alignment

I went to NTB ( National Tire and Battery ) and they said my caster camber plates are installed wrong and won't move. When I losen the bolts it moves fine and I don't understand what they mean unless they are idiots and don't know how to losen a bolt and move the caster and camber around. They only move the toe they said ....... anyone? They look like they are installed right with the inner bolts moving the strut front to back and the outer bolts moving the strut side to side.

Default RE: alignment

Take it somewhere else. They are probably trying to move it while the tire is on the ground still. Makes it much harder. I would find another place.
