Default Ford Racing springs / eibach pro-kit (convertible)

Ok gentlemen, I posted last week about how to get my 02 Gt convertible handling a little better.

I have decided to go with the Strange adjustable shocks and struts....very affordable.

I am stuck on the following for spring choices:
- Ford Racing G series (for convertibles) they say 1.2 drop front and back
- Eibach prokit for covertible, estimate 1.5 drop all the way around.

I would appreciate any comments as to either of these spring sets. I have heard good things baout the eibach....any one have any opinions o nthe Ford racing springs?

Any one have any pics of convertibles with the eibachs and / or ford racing drop springs?

Thanks again! Cannot wait to lose that fender gap and tighten this puppy up!

I have no experience with either, just what I have read.
Personally, I would go with the Ford springs.
I have heard/read that eibach sag over time.
Just what I have read so don't shoot me and take it with a grain of salt.
Good choice on the Strang BTW. A guy in my club has them in his vert and loves them.
Car rides great BTW with HR springs, it's a coupe though.

Eibach makes the ford G Springs. They come in a Eibach pro kit box. Yes I got the right springs, they even called and told me hey when you get your springs they are going to be in an Eibach box so don't think we shipped you the wrong springs. Just a lil fyi... There is a difference in the spring ratings between the two but they come in the same box.

Interesting. So which spring set has the highest spring rate?

Here are a few pics of my car with Eibach Pro-Kit. If you want more, I'll see what I can dig up. I've got about 3k miles on them and no sagging. Combined with the Strange s/s, the ride is very tight and responsive. I am very happy with my set up.

No CC plates for me. The dealership had no problems with alignment.
