Default Clutch item installations

Ever since I got my car i knew it had a new clutch since it was much stiffer than any other mustang I have driven. It also engages way up top which I have gotten used to but now I want to fix it. Now could just get an adjustable clutch cable to fix that or would I need a new clutch quadrent as well or is it just best to get both so they are new? I haven't messed with anything transmission related or clutch so exactly where are these items located and are they easy to intall? thanks for any help.

in my 04 gt when i bought it it was doing the same thing. the quadrant was fine, i just put a new stock clutch in it and it was light as a feather and engaging as it should. so i would just throw a new clutch in there. everything else should be fine.

or u could just get a new quadrant and firewall adjuster (if u dont already have one) and adjust it from there and its a lot cheaper than buying another new clutch....

I think this is what I am leaning towards^^^ but how hard is it to get to the clutch quadrant?
