Electrical short

Electrical short
I have a 01 GT that developed an electrical short after I took it through a car wash. As a note, I removed the radio antenna before the car wash. The next day the vehicle would not crank. I replaced the battery and the vehicle worked fine for a day. The next day the vehicle had no voltage. I spent several days trying to find the short but here is what I have so far:
With amp meter hooked in series with the negative terminal of the battery (engine off), and after 10 minutes, the steady state pull on the battery was 0.68 amps. I removed all fuses one by one and found that without fuse 39, the steady state pull was 0.53 amps.
Everything I read says that any battery draw over 0.50 amps is excessive. Does anyone have experience with normal battery pull on a stang?
There are two fuses that will shut down all amperage pull when removed (one on the engine compartment fuse box) but I could not find any other fuse that added or removed battery pull.
Fuse 39 is for the GEM, general electrical module which I found above the fuse box. The GEM is a circuit board with relays. With fuse 39 pulled, I cannot use the wipers, electrical door locks, or interior lights however each one of these components has it own fuse outside of the GEM.
The Haynes repair manual does not have an electrical schematic that is appropriate so I don’t know where to go to track down the short. Any ideas on how to track down this short? Anyone know where I can get an accurate electrical schematic?
