Default GEM

I've got a electrical short in that is coming from or through the GEM (General Electric Module). There is a constant draw on the 5 amp GEM fuse when the motor is off. This module controls the door locks, wind shield wipers, interior lights, etc. The module appears to be a circuit board. Anyone have any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this GEM?[8D]
