Default Whats Next?

Hello all

i have a 98 mustang gt.i just like to know what parts i should get next? so far i have

k&n cai
75mm t/b
polish plenum
bbk pulleys
scremming demon coil packs
10mm race wires
king cobra clutch
mac o/r h-pipe
flowmaster40smufflers

I have about 500.00 to spare at this time,and i want the most hp for the buck.
and would a timing adjuster help with the parts i have now ??

Pi swap is about 1500 bucks for the kit.dont have that kind of money right now to spare.
