After this I guess i can start install on the plugs does anyone have a good write up or information on this! Should the stock plugs be replaced it just clicked over to 60k and I have never touched them at all! Any help greatley appreciated!

Fuel rails? are you sure you're not looking at the injectors?

You really don't need to remove any of the parts you removed already and don't remove the fuel rails, just work around them. A few are a PITA but it is done all the time without removing all of that stuff. As far as plugs go, just stick with Motorcraft stock plugs, we've had to change out a lot of aftermarket plugs for folks that wound up with an idle miss or a cruising problem, good luck.

Good to hear this. I've got 135K miles on mine and I'm about to change them. Guess it's about time.

The only thing you HAVE to remove is the air tube that feeds from the intake, to the throttle body.

Kind of hard to work around a giant flexy plastic piece, but having said that, all I do is disconnect it from the throttle body and hook around the place where you fill your oil on the pass. side valve cover.

Just make sure you antisieze that threads, get them all correctly seated, and dont strip anything...

blown out plugs and threads are a nervous mess..... just ask....... me :-( *though crossthreading wasnt my cause)
