i had it turned pretty hard and then all of a sudden it like broke loose but the spark plug never buddge now every time i place the socket on it again it wont fit tightly did i strip something if so how do i go bout removing the plug any other ways?

Are using a 6 pt. plug socket with the rubber insert or a 12 pt. socket. Could be that you cracked the socket, look closely at it for a hairline crack if its 12pt. Be sure your turning it the right way and with a 6 pt. you should be able to get them out, good luck.

i havent changed them on my 4.6 but i did change them on a f150 motor shouldnt be any different???
it wasnt hard at all just use a 6pt socket and turn like hell i cant really think of anything to break
