Painting calipers
I'm thinking about getting one of those caliper paint sets from autozone...anyone have any good/ bad experinces. Definatly would'nt want one if it started peeling after a few days...

RE: Painting calipers
I did the paint on red one- make sure you get specific caliper paint, its designed to withstand the heat.
It isnt hard, just mask VERY good- if you get any on the rotors or pads, it is next to impossible to get off once dried due to it being ceramic paint. I did 4 coats on each caliper, it took me a good 7 hours total, but thats just because I wanted to take my time doing it right, and I only did it one side at a time.
They look amazing, especially with the black bullits I have on my car now. Shine well, and its easy to just spray them whenever you wash the car.
