Default comp cams in a 4v

i have a mach 1 i want to put cams in it. iam thinkin about using comp cams but they make a few different kinds i plan to SC it but not for a while iam in the process of buildin a 5.0, theres a cam set up for NA and SC if i get the set up for a SC wat kind of gains will i see without the SC.

your gains will be less with a blower cam, because theres less overlap. the n/a cam will make more power now, but when you add the blower, youll still make a lot of power, but not as much as if you had a blower cam....see what i mean? plus the n/a cam sounds a bit more aggressive, but my advice is to get a mild n/a cam, it will still perform well with a blower and n/a

Your looking at well over a GRAND for 4v cams. My advice is to not get cams now, wait until you see if your acutally going to get the blower or not. On a basically bolton only 4v IMO its just too much money for not much gain.

How about a nice 50-75 shot of nitrous? Not going to hurt your motor and still going to be much more gain for less/the same cost.
