(sorry didn't catch the year of your car so...)
Royal purple 75w90 for pre 01 stangs
Royal Purple 75w120 for 01+ stangs
If you use Royal Purple you do not need friction modifier, if you use a conventional oil like mobil 1 (not sure of redline) then you need to add a bottle of friction modifier to the mix.
Motorcraft Fuel Filter, NGK Spark Plugs,non-Fram air filter (a k&nair filter wouldnt hurt), check your belt and radiator hoses (shouldnt need replacing), check your brake fluid (if dark, flush and fill DOT 3), antifreeze (make sure its not dark or watered down), make sure your battery is working properly and the terminals are clean and secure, check the air in your tires, make sure your brakes are not squeeking, differential fluid (as above)and transmission fluid (Royal Purple Snycromesh works wonders if your a stick)if you want. Engine Oil/filter (Royal purple, mobil1 etc etc and a non-Fram filter)and make sure your a/c continues to blow cold and your heat is hot...otherwise your good to go .
Oh and whoever is getting crap gas milage...i get 190-240 per tank with a procharger, 42 lb injectors, twin focus pumps, 4.10 gears and a good romp every now and then. Get that checked out real soon.

you should do an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection this is what ford recomends for the 50k service. ford says at 60k to do the above plus fuel filter, trans serive, pcv, belt, airfilter and the same at 90k plus plugs/wires

RP all the way, engine, trans, rear end, do it all! other than that you got it covered, air and fuel filter, power steering, brakes, maybe rotate and balance tires if havent been done in last 5k. Fuel system cleaning would be good too.
