short headers to Long headers, worth it?

short headers to Long headers, worth it?
i have a BBK short header, but im not fully satisfied with it, and im thinking of replace it with long headers, so is it worth it to do the swap? how many rwhp we are talking about after putting the LT?

its not worth it. my friend with shorties keeps up with me dead even. we have the same mods but he has shorties. and longtubes DO NOT create as much power as everyone thinks.
