I'm installing bbk shorty headers on my friends 01' GT. Right now i'm trying to instal the pass. side header but can only get 3 bolts started. wondering if i just got junk headers or should i elongate the hole a bit to try and get them aligned. anyone else have this problem?

 

keep all the bolts kinda loose till u get them all started

 

i know how to start the bolts they won't line up while the bolts are loose its just like i have a bad set

 

Take it back off and line the back side of the header up with the back side of the stock manifold. If the bolt holes line up the figure out what your doing wrong. If they don't then send the headers back and tell them to send the right set next time.
