Default Camber PLates?

Are the front wheels suppose to be out of camber a little bit. My car is lowered, and I just got 18's on it. It it makes a howling noise when driving it. (almost like putting big mud tires on it) SO it got me to looking, and my front wheels are not straight up and down. They are crooked. The top of tem are in, while the bottom is sticking out. IT never looked like this when I had my stock 17's on it. Why is there such a difference with 18's. ANd do I need camber plates? I will get a pic of my wheels lter today. Thanks
