I bought the car used and it came w/ white speedo/tach/gauges overlays. Is it just normal that they make the bulbs not shine through quite as well? It's like some spots are brighter than others but no bulbs are burnt out...looks pretty ugly. coupled with the fact that the cluster lens is has a bunch of fine scratches/swirls it's really annoying.
