Default Engine tick when cold

When i start the car when its cold the passanger side of the engine has a ticking sound. When the car warms up it goes away. I just did a complete tune up and use Motorcraft 5w-20 engine oil and motorcraft 820s oil filter. What could this be?

Hmmm... Try popping the hood and you should be able to tell if it's internal or external. Also, does it increase w/ rpms?
