Default hard jolt

When I accelerate hard and go to clutch it after 1st and 2nd gears I sometimes get a pretty hard jolt. It doesn't do it in any gear higher than 2nd. Its definitely up front somewhere. My thought was loose motor mount... Does this sound right or possible?

Just putting in the clutch? Or actually shifting? If it's doing that when you push the clutch, something's not right.

No I think its just that split second that i get out of the power to shift (when i clutch it). For lack of better words, the car is rocked back under hard acceleration and when I hit the clutch the front of the car comes back down and thats when I hear it. Like the motor sits back down on the motor mount and seems to jerk....
Hmm..?
