[:@]ok the alarm looking key pad that unlocks your car and pops the trunk i have a 97gt and i have none and locking and unlocking is getting harder everyday as i am disabled and reaching is killing me where can i get one cheap door popper alarm chirper ? these are universal yes or no ? and reprogramable correct or not? thanks for the input in advance ...rogerwilco out

You could try replacing the battery in the clicker thingy. If that doesn't work, then go to Circuit City. I got a keyless entry system installed on a Corolla for under $200 I believe. The kit is cheap to buy and if you work the deals, they will install it for free. I think I did that around Christmas time, so you should find a deal like that sometime soon. Hope this helps.

hmm i have no keypad to install a battery in...and to get an alarm would require the extra key for the pats system and the viper i want with special wiring lol is like 500 plus...so i would like to get a oem push button keychain door opener the car has the factory alarm on it but no way to engage it without the keychain transmitters... anyone have an extra one for sale will check ebay like i was pm'd thanks for that info...rogerwilco

my 05 truck didnt have any when i got it either. I got two and they were fairl easy to program. you just get in the car with them and turn the key on and off so many times and then push a certain button. youll have to search for the exact directions for a mustang. if you cannot find any let me know and ill find the ones for the truck, so at least you could try that.
