Do I need an alignment whenI change my springsand lower the car? What about if I change the shocks?

When I put on mySteeda springs, I got the alignment done. Most people I know have it done. Might as well get it though. I changed the stock shocks/struts to Tokico's about 1 1/2 years after getting lowered, but I never had an alignment done when I did that. I needto have it done againthough.

Yes, lowering the car changes the entire geometry of the car. You usually shouldn't need to have it aligned again when adding new shocks. The Spring is what controls the "dimensions" of the car, the shocks/struts control the ride quality for the most part.
