Default quarter time

I had a question i have a 2000 mustang gt auto with no mods and i was goin to put in gears, tuner, cai, and maybe an exhaust.... if i add these things how much time if any will be shaved off in the quarter and 0-60time... and about how much hp would i gain. I know it aint much but i have to start somewhere.

Gear - .1-.3 depending on tires and launch
exhaust (Mid-pipe) .1 possibly?
Tuner .1 possibly?

It all depends. Weather condition has a lot to do with track times. Lets say you run with low humidity and 70 degree weather and run a 14.2. If you add all those items and run it with high humidity and 90 degree weather, you may have the same or worse time. It all depends.

What I try to do... Go to the track, get a baseline time, then work from there. Get one thing at a time (or 2) and see what happens with similar track conditions. That's the best way to tell. Good luck.

Forget that 0-60mph crap...worry about your 60' time cause thats what wins races. As far as modsfor an auto, go with a mid pipe/c back, some kinda intake, 4:10's, 3400 tq converter, trans cooler, DR's and a tune and u will run in the neighborhood of 13.5's. Add LT's, t-body/plenum, stage 2 heads/cams and suspension tweaks to run in the 12's...or you could take all that money that you wouldve spent onabove parts and start with some form of boost (KB, vortech, procharger or turbo(s)). No matter what you start with, just remember to have a game plan and dont waste money on crap. If you have a ? about a performance part, feel free to ask about it before you buy it cause some things are not needed.
