Default Replacing Clutch and Somethin

Ok, I have Long Tube Headers from BBK. I've heard that you have to take one side off to get the tranny off and some say you dont. Anyone know if I do because I know its gana cost more money if they have to mess with the headers. And I think I might have to change something in the tranny like a bearing or somethin. It whistles like crazy on acclertaion in 1-2-3 Gears but 4th and 5th I dont hear it. And when I say whislte and loud I have LT's like I said and X-Pipe with Super 44's and its loud and Music pretty loud and I can here the Whistle/Whining still. This happend after a race I was pulling back to my spot and in second gear at like 2000 It sounded like I had a supercharger with a 2.2 Pulley on it at 7000. Im guessin a bearing any other takers?
