Default Lowering my car (again), do I need anything?

I am fixing a poorly done job on my car tomorrow. The front springs didn't seat correctly in the arms, so now the front of the car is higher than the back. When I lower this thing and do it right, do I need to put the rubber things in the bottom? I am building it more for a straight line (1/4 mile), so will the look of having the front end lower affect the way my car launches?

Also, I am using the suspension package that came with the 01 Bullitt. It lowers the car to where I can just barely put my fist standing up between the wheel well and the tire. Do I need C/C plates? And what are the consequences if I don't get themright away?

you should not need CC plates for that drop and you dont have to use the isolaters

Will it make a lot of noise if I don't? And if it was already aligned to the suspension as it is, do I need another alignment if I rotate the springs a bit?

There has been numerous people on here that dont use them and I dont ever hear to much about squeking, I would get it aligned anyway, if it needs it or not

I didn't use the lower isolaters, only the top ones. I don't notice any extra noise from not using them.
