Default CEL Code P1409

P1409- EGR Vacuum Regulator circuit malfunction.
What should i do or look for? I've had the plenum off the car a few times and when i did my pi swap i ****ed the threads on one of the bolts for the egr. So i was driving with just one bolt in for a while and it was fine. The other day it throws code, P0401- Insufficient EGR Flow. So i take the gasket out and silicone it up on both sides put it back in and it holds fine. I know this is still a problem but anything else i sould look for. I can't see that being this problem.

Yup it's the Map sensor. That's the black thing right next to the EGR valve. It has a top that just turns kinda like a big cap. That controls the vaccum for the EGR valve. I have one off my 97gt I'll sell ya.
