I would suggest an aluminum block. That will save you the most weight over any other multiple items. You like your seats and a spare tire is a must for everyday driving

yeah the spare tire is a thought, but that 25bs isnt worth being stuck on the side of the road if i hit a nail or something, anything else that i could just take out instead of replacing?

spare tire and back seats.....

passenger seat is all you need for some late night action.... trust me.

BUT, take out the back seat and its a pretty noisy ride... and I promise in 6 weeks ull want them back in anyways.. at least thats how it went for me.

not enough to matter.

the only difference u will notice is it will be a little bit easier to burn out due to that weight not being on the rear tires. that, and it will be noisy (and look gross, unless you do a good seat delete)

edit

my buddie added it all togeather... took the rear seat frame out and everything... came to like 80-90 lbs.... not really enough to tell a difference really

you can relocate the battery to the trunk , install an aftermarket k-member , coil-overs , lighter wheels .

Really you'll want to look for aluminum parts such as an aluminum driveshaft or even carbonfiber (never used it nor seen reviews on one), as well as an aluminum flywheel, those two should save a bit of weight without having to take anything like seats or a spare tire out, though probably not enough to tell a difference...maybe a couple .1's off the quarter time. Also some light weight racing wheels like was stated earlier will help, look for mag wheels.
